Refunds are available within 15 days of purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team within this period to initiate the refund process.

2. ID Card Orders

We deliver ID Cards within 7 business days after order confirmation. Please note that no refunds are available for ID Card orders once placed.
